This is a full time faculty position teaching 10 months out of the year. The position requires the
successful candidate to teach, participate in curricular development and improvement, and engage in meaningful college and community responsibilities. Individual is expected to be able to teach a variety of accounting courses at the community college level. Must be willing to teach day, evenings and weekend sections. Criteria include evidence of teaching excellence and commitment to the community college philosophy and mission. Position requires Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification strongly preferred. College level teaching experience and experience in the accounting industry are required. Proficient use of technology is a must. Candidate must participate in local, state, and national outreach programs related to the accounting field.

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Rank and salary are determined by the Vice President of Academic Affairs.
