Teach psychology courses to diverse adult learners. Provide leadership in curriculum, on-line technologies, assessment and mentoring for adjunct faculty. QUALIFICATIONS: Master s degree in Psychology or related field with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in Psychology required. Higher education/community college teaching experience is preferred. Experience and skills in active learning approaches, instructional technologies, online learning, collaborating in a team environment and creativity in curriculum development, and assessment of learning preferred. Position is housed at the South Omaha Campus and may involve travel to other campuses for day, evening and/or weekend classes. A teaching demonstration is required as part of the interview process. 177 day, 9-month contract. Position is contingent upon MCC Board of Governors approval.
