The Director is responsible for short- and long-range facilities planning, including capital projects, renovation, deferred maintenance, and debt management for both new and existing residential facilities currently housing 7,500 students in 16 residence halls and five apartment complexes. Additionally, the Director is a key member of the Student Affairs management team and serves on numerous Division and University committees, projects, and initiatives.
