University Compliance Officer
Antioch University, headquartered in Yellow Springs, Ohio, seeks a University Compliance Officer to oversee the University’s compliance with its various state agencies, its regional accreditation body, and the numerous federal regulations under the Higher Education Authorization Act. The position will assist in the logistics of the University’s strategic planning efforts and monitor the individual campuses’ compliance with its state authorization body, as well as its academic program professional accreditations and maintain all necessary records. Responsibilities include: enforcement of standards through well-publicized guidelines, conducting periodic risk assessments, response plans, internal monitoring and review procedures.
Proven knowledge of regional accreditation procedures and process, compliance regulations required by the federal government for higher education institutions. Expertise in institutional research, collection, interpretation, organizational planning, coordination, execution, and data analysis reporting required.
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in associated discipline or field with previous experience in an academic environment required. Earned doctorate or terminal degree preferred. Candidates need not reside in the state of Ohio.
