Georgia Institute of Technology seeks a Chair of the newly re-organized School of Architecture. The School is committed to being at the forefront of building technology, and computation and conducts research-informed baccalaureate, post- professional and advanced degrees in the areas of Digital Design and Fabrication, High Performance Buildings, Urban Design, and Health as well as broader concerns for history and the culture of architectural design.

Candidates must have a professional graduate degree in architecture, a doctorate is preferred but not essential, an established and on-going pursuit of architectural research and/or practice, and a demonstrated ability to lead. The salary will be competitive commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment could occur as soon as July 1, 2010.
