Rockford College invites applications and nominations for a Vice President for Enrollment Management to lead its recruitment, admissions and enrollment program. Reporting to the President, the Vice President serves on the President's Executive Council and is responsible for building and implementing comprehensive admissions and financial aid strategies that consistently achieve enrollment goals.

The ideal candidate's experiential background will include: proven knowledge of enrollment management; demonstrated ability to set and meet enrollment goals; success in the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing and recruitment strategies; the ability to make data-driven decisions and strategically link the use of financial aid to student enrollment and retention; budget management in support of enrollment and retention goals; a track record of working within the liberal arts tradition while incorporating a broad range of graduate and community programs; outstanding communication and management skills; and coordinating the work of multiple offices in support of institutional goals.

A master's degree and a proven track record of progressively responsible experience and accountability in enrollment management are required. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and credentials.
