The College of Computing and Digital Media (CDM) at DePaul University invites applicants for a tenure-track position in one of the most comprehensive and vibrant HCI/UX programs in the country. Located in the heart of Chicago's Loop, the HCI/UX Masters program at CDM has approximately 130 students many of whom are industry professionals.
Candidates for the position will have a strong interest and experience in User Experience, User-Centered Design, Interaction Design and Human Computer Interaction. While we encourage candidates with specializations in all HCI/UX fields to apply, we are particularly interested in those with specializations in User Experience, Interaction Design and Information Architecture. Since this is a tenure-track position, candidates should have a terminal degree in their respective field of study. However, outstanding candidates without a terminal degree are also encouraged to apply.
Job responsibilities include teaching, continued scholarship in the field and active involvement in the future development of HCI/UX program at CDM. Rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience.
