President/Owensboro Community and Technical College

KCTCS, the largest provider of post-secondary education and workforce training in Kentucky, is a state-wide community and technical college system with 16 colleges and 68 campuses across the Commonwealth. OCTC is one of the 16 KCTCS colleges. KCTCS and the Board of Directors for the Owensboro Community and Technical College (OCTC) seek a visionary educator and entrepreneurial thinker, with a record of strong leadership and accomplishments, to serve as its next president.

Located on the banks of the Ohio River at the eastern edge of
Kentucky's Western Coal Field region, Owensboro is Kentucky's
third-largest city. OCTC offers 35 credit program options to the 5,585 students enrolled. In addition, OCTC serves more than 4,500 community and economic development participants.
