Position Summary: Under minimal supervision, utilizes admissions software to support the functioning of the Graduate Business Admissions communications team and application flow process across all graduate business programs. Work schedule is 20 hours/week, Monday Friday, during the morning hours (8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.)
Essential Functions:
* Responsible for the day-to-day management of the admissions software systems, including EMT Connect and ApplyYourself. Serves as the point person for yearly annual updates to both systems.
* Manages the ApplyYourself applicant and enrollment modules across all graduate business programs, including managing the online application, the data bridge between EMT Connect and ApplyYourself, recommendations, the enrollment form, and decision letters.
* Serves as a point person for the paperless application process and troubleshoots any related issues.
* Manages the ApplyYourself event module across all graduate business programs.
* Manages the prospect pool development plan across all graduate business programs, including identifying pool sources, working with vendors/staff to acquire lists and importing lists into EMT Connect.
* Maintains web content for all graduate business programs, including admissions pages, academic pages per program director guidance, and admitted student pages. Posts admissions events on internal and external websites.
* Works with the Associate Director to identify training needs for the staff related to the admissions software systems and application flow.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education/Experience: Bachelor s degree with 2-5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior admissions and/or higher education experience is preferred. Knowledge of admissions-related content management systems is recommended.

Physical Requirements: Sedentary work: exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Extensive personal communication: talking, hearing and personal interaction. Repetitive movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Close visual acuity. Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
