This is a professional position providing administration, supervision, educational programming, and counseling in a residence hall or apartment setting. Provides mentoring and leadership to Residence Life staff and students. Creates an atmosphere conducive to learning and living and accomplishes the goals of the institution, Academic and Student Affairs, and University Housing/Residence Life. This is a 12-month position with summer duties required.
Bachelor's degree plus two years of experience in residence hall management required. A Master's degree in Student Development or related field may be substituted for the experience requirement.
