Provides administrative clerical support and other assigned tasks to ensure smooth office operations for the Associate Vice President for Equity and Diversity. Performs receptionist duties, drafts correspondence and other communications. Researches and collects information and data, performs various calculations, and organizes materials into appropriate reports. Coordinates/manages special projects and maintains confidential files. QUALIFICATIONS: Associate s degree plus three years full time work-related experience required. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience considered. Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Access) and Windows. Strong organizational and communication skills required. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Some evening and/or weekend hours may be required. Work sample required as part of the interview process. Hiring process includes a background check. Official transcripts required at the time of hire.
