Western Connecticut State University seeks a dynamic, team-oriented, high-energy, seasoned individual to direct the University’s Housing & Residence Life operations.  WCSU has six residence halls located on two campuses with approximately 1,425 residential students. View the full position announcement at www.wcsu.edu/working  The Director’s responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising operations of the Housing Office, including the residence halls and the performance of its staff as well as coordinating all matters concerning facilities usage. The Director also coordinates summertime usage of Housing facilities. Qualifications include: Master’s degree plus 5 years of experience in University administration, including 3 years in Housing /Residence Life; Demonstrated ability to formulate and implement Housing/Residence Life policy; Strong record of successful staff supervision; Familiarity with Banner Student Record System or another Integrated Student Record System is desirable.
