Chair of the Division of Business Administration
The Division of Business Administration at Baldwin-Wallace College invites applications for the position of Chair of the Division. The College seeks an experienced leader who can work effectively on and off campus to plan and execute strategic initiatives that advance the mission of the Business Division and the College.  The Division Chair is expected to have a productive presence in the region and work effectively with area business leaders and members of the B-W Business Advisory Council.  The Division Chair serves as the spokesperson for the Division on and off campus and has leadership responsibility for all graduate and undergraduate curricular and co-curricular programs housed within the Division, including the Center for Innovation and Growth (CIG) and the Center for Professional Development (CPD).  The Division Chair also has leadership responsibility for fiscal and academic planning, faculty and staff professional development and performance review, student recruitment and retention, and revenue generation through enrollment growth and extramural funding.

An MBA and a Ph.D. in a Business Administration/Management field are preferred, and a rich track record of working with corporations and their management leaders is highly desirable.  The successful candidate will have documented proficiency in effective strategic planning and collaborative leadership in addition to superb communication skills.  Multiculturalism is highly valued at Baldwin-Wallace College and the successful candidate will have a demonstrated track-record of working within diverse communities and embracing interculturalism from the broadest possible perspective. The Division Chair is a twelve-month appointment that reports to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the College.  Salary and professorial rank are commensurate with qualifications.

Founded in 1845, Baldwin-Wallace College is a private liberal arts and sciences college located 14 miles southwest of Cleveland's Public Square. The College enrolls approximately 3,200 full-time undergraduate day students, 800 part-time students in evening and weekend programs, and 700 graduate students.  Baldwin-Wallace College offers an outstanding benefits package including, but not limited to, funding for professional travel, summer grant opportunities, and tuition benefits for immediate family.
 
The Business Division enrolls approximately 1100 undergraduate students and approximately 475 graduate students who receive substantial professional experience through participation in student organizations, internships, and grant-funded initiatives.
