Represents and sells Executive Development Center (EDC) training services; maintains quality training standards and develops curriculum and classes to adhere to UNI s College of Business Administration s educational requirements and the needs of clients; identifies and recruits clients, analyzes client needs, and delivers EDC programs and services to generate EDC revenue; markets training programs and associated services of the EDC; serves as a liaison between clients and EDC; and provides input for new program development based on identified trends in client requests and industry.

Bachelor s degree in liberal arts, public relations, marketing or business plus at least three years of sales/marketing experience required. Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills and have the ability to develop marketing strategies and materials. Master s degree in training, communication, instructional design or adult learning preferred. Experience with instructional design or business management experience in a non-academic environment and personally delivered management-level training also preferred. Criminal and other relevant background checks required.
