OFFICE MANAGER

Job Description: The purpose of this managerial position is to support the Assistant Dean/Medical Director in running the Center efficiently, in the development and implementation of the Center's strategic plans and policies, and to provide leadership and direction to staff and Center users.
The Administrative Director provides support to the Assistant Dean/Medical Director in the areas of planning, research, communications, personnel, recordkeeping, management, and budget oversight. The Administrative Director supports Simulation Center staff, advisory board members, and committee chairs. He or she also acts as the Assistant Dean's proxy in his or her absence.


Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.


Special Instructions to Applicants: This position is subject to the Career Banding Salary Administration Plan. If candidates are not identified at the Journey level, management may consider candidates at a lower competency level. Pay will be commensurate with applicant's competencies as well as budget, equity, and market considerations.

Salary Grade Equivalent: 63 (for reduction-in-force priority purposes only)
