| Job Requirements You must be dependable, responsible, and able to work at a fast pace while always being able to occupy yourself with new tasks as needed. You must also be a team player with a solid work ethic who is always organized, prompt, on time and committed to maintaining consistent work attendance. Specific qualifications for the Warehouse position include: * Ability to lift 30-50 pounds * Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record * Good verbal skills * Must be organized, detailed orientated and able to multi-task * Must be able to work independently and make good decisions * Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility * Must maintain good personal hygiene Education and Experience: * Required to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Daily driving to various locations for pickup errands * Moving of commodity throughout the campus * Painting work on campus bldg. floors, pipes, etc. * Clean and move charred & new wood and plastic pallets * Required to repack cups, tins, foam and other commodity * Must report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor. * Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations. * During winter months snow shoveling is a must * Assist with other duties as assigned * Remote work for this position is not an option Work Environment: * Work performed in a combination of shop and office environments. * Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, oils * Boots with toe protection are required and will be provided * Hard hat is to be worn at all times and will be provide * Schedule is 7:00-3:30 must be on campus 15 min before shift starts * Break is 9:30-9:50 Read More |
